This online form doubles as both a preliminary registration form and wait list form. You will be given the chance while you are filling out the form to select whether you wish to register now or are joining the wait list. If you are applying to enroll more than one child, please fill out the form once for each child. .

You may submit your wait list registration information via this online form. Online wait list registration is faster, and your child's position on the waitlist will be immediately claimed when this form is submitted.
